Aaaah! Uuuh! Aaah! Uuuh! Pause! Uuuh! Aaah! Ugh!
It’s not what you think it is! That’s the sound I was making when I tried working out. I had 50 sit ups, 50 push ups, and 50 side-sit ups…whatever you call it!
It was really hard! I felt the contraction on my tummy and my shoulders! I felt like I had my badminton training again.
What I did was purely Isotonic exercise. Isotonic contraction happens when the muscle shortens as it contracts. I’ve decided including working-out in my daily ritual, twice daily, morning and afternoon.
So, when I woke up the next morning, I’ve decided not to exercise my abdominals! I didn’t feel like working-out. Could I get more fickle minded than this? Should I really exercise?
I hate moving! I am vain, but not to the extent of exercising to achieve a chiseled body. And besides, I look prettier with my flab!
Enough trying to remove the excess bodily weight to achieve a more peppermint look! No way! I won’t! I’m pretty and that’s a fact! Myheritage.com proved it! Hahahaha!
